Order Information

By Law, alcohol cannot be sold to persons under 18 years of age.
All prices stated include VAT at 17.5% and apply only to orders to be collected directly from the brewery or for mail order deliveries to mainland United Kingdom. Please contact the brewery for information and prices relating to deliveries outside mainland United Kingdom.
For customers collecting their order directly from the brewery, the Order Form can be printed out and sent by post or fax. At the present time we are unable to accept credit card payments and we therefore request that payment be made by cash or cheque at the time of collection. The brewery is open between 8:30am and 5:00pm every weekday, or by arrangement on a Saturday. Please telephone in advance to arrange a collection time. A map for directions is shown below as well as a link to more detailed instructions if you are coming from further.
For mail orders customers, a post and packaging charge of £5.95 will apply to each order for mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, other areas price on application. At the present time we are unable to accept credit card payments so please send your completed order form to us by post, along with a cheque for the total amount made payable to 'Frog Island Brewery'. Frog Island Brewery reserve the right to delay the dispatch of mail order deliveries pending clearance of the cheque.
Mail order deliveries will be dispatched by courier on a 48-hour delivery service. A signature will be required as confirmation of delivery. Please allow 21 days from your order date for delivery of your goods. All enquiries relating to the non-delivery or incomplete delivery of your mail order goods must be received by the brewery within one calendar month of the date of your order.
Frog Island Brewery products are available to licensed outlets at trade prices. Trade prices are also offered to charities purchasing goods for fund-raising purposes. Please contact the brewery for a copy of our trade brochure and price list.
