Q: What is a bottle-conditioned beer? A: Bottle-conditioned beers are the beer world's equivalent of champagne. At Frog Island Brewery, we bottle natural live beer using a gentle gravity-fed bottling machine. This produces a naturla product which undergoes a secondary fermentation within the bottle. The majority of bottled beers are pasteurised, filtered and artifically carbonated during the bottling process. | ||||||
