Q: How quickly will my personalised beer, wine or champagne order arrive? A: Orders for personalised beers are generally despatched within 1 week of receiving your order (providing we have received payment). However, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. If you require delivery by a certain date or on a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you when you require it. You will receive an e-mail to notify you when your order is despatched. Personalised beer orders are despatched via courier on a 24 hour delivery service. They will be delivered at any time between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday only.
