- Prices quoted are for deliveries to mainland UK only, excluding the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. For deliveries to any of the above postcode areas please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.
- All P&P charges quoted are per quantity described in the above table and assume delivery to one address. Where more than one item has been ordered, they will generally be despatched in one parcel using the most appropriate delivery method
- You may choose to have your order delivered to an address other than the invoice address during the checkout process. On the 'Your Details' page, please enter your home address as the Invoice/Billing address. You will notice a 'Shipping' option with a drop-down box that defaults to 'Ship to above'. When you click on the drop-down box, you can click on an option to 'Add a Shipping Address'. This will then allow you to enter a different delivery address.
- Items sent by courier service will be despatched on a 24-hour delivery service. A signature will be required as confirmation of delivery. All other items will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class delivery service and will not require a signature.
- Frog Island Brewery reserves the right to delay the despatch of an order until such time as cleared funds have been received into our business account.
- For items delivered by courier, you will be able to track the progress of your order online. You will be given a tracking number for the courier service once your order has been despatched.
- If you require delivery by a specific date, you can notify us of your requirements when submitting your order. Alternatively, contact us with your requirements and we will do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you on time.
- All delivery timescales shown are for guidance only. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. If, after 14 days, you have not received all or part of your order, please contact us by e-mail, telephone, fax or post. We will investigate the reason for the delay and make sure you receive your order as promptly as possible.
