Flavour An inital sweetness is followed by floral hop flavours. The combination of malts provides a perfect balance and lingers into a dry, bitter aftertaste. A beer distinguished by the clean, refreshing flavours produced from Pilot hops.  The depth and intensity of the hop character combines well with the balanced malt flavours to produce a bittersweet finish in the mouth. After an initial bitter, roasted taste, the full-bodied and robust malt flavours become more pronounced.  These are complimented by a sweet, spicy hop character and a lasting bitterness.
